Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips

Can you believe it? Fall is in the air! It’s almost time for all things warm & cozy and those famous pumpkin spice lattes! I wanted to put together a few fun crafts to welcome fall and this is one of my favorites in my home. Baked cinnamon apple chips. They are so easy & delicious you might just eat them all year long. They also make a great school lunch snack. Here is how you make them!

Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips

  • Apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Cookie sheet
  • Apple corer

  1. Remove the core form your apples & give them a good scrub.
  2. Cut your apples into thin slices about 1/4" thick
  3. Lay them out flat on your cookie sheet. I lined mine with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
  4. Sprinkle slices with sugar & cinnamon. My apples were tart apples so the sugar was a nice touch. If you're using an apple that is naturally sweet you can leave out the sugar.
  5. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 90 mins then turn apples and bake for an additional 90 mins.
  6. Cool completely & enjoy!

When I'm not scouring Pinterest for hours (I'm working honey, I promise) you can find me digging in my fairy garden, dancing with the kids or cleaning my Dyson. Who wants a dirty vacuum? My love for parties began over 10 years ago when I was planning my sons 1st birthday. I realized I had a huge passion for details (some might call it an obsession). After many years and wonderful birthday memories later Sweet Jelly Parties was born. Children's events and baby showers are our specialty but I'm a lover of all reasons to celebrate. Anniversaries, holidays, graduations, it's a Friday so let's throw a party.....You name it, I'll glitter it. Every once in a while though I like to trade in my juice box for a glass of wine which is why I'm also a Certified Wedding Planner.
