DIY Lunchable


The prepackaged lunch combination of crackers, cheese, meat; it’s easy to recreate at home for much less money.

A cookie cutter takes it up a notch, yet still keeps things simple. This is an easy DIY!

In any combination of variety, the three ingredients for this meal work well for quick fixes.

Pair with fruit (in this case, frozen blueberries to go along with the chilled theme), and you have a filling lunch.

Ingredients:

  • Deli meat of choice
  • Cheese of choice
  • Crackers

Preparation:

  1. Cut the meat and cheese into pieces similar in size to the cracker – use cookie cutters for detail if wanted.
  2. Arrange on a plate for individual assembly.
