Carrot Cream Cheese “Sushi” & Pumpkin Spice Yogurt

Big Boss Led Weaning

{Carrot Cream Cheese “Sushi”}

Ingredients:
-1 slice of sandwich bread
-1 tsp cream cheese
-1 tablespoon grated carrot

Instructions:

1) With a rolling pin flatten out your bread  (I use a small fondant rolling pin for this,
or you can even use a cup on its side).
2) Evenly spread cream cheese, and follow with grated carrot.
3) Carefully roll your bread. Being sure that seam side is
down before cutting. Make four cuts with gentle pressure so your mixture doesn’t ooze out.

TIP: You may wrap in plastic wrap to enjoy on the go.

{Pumpkin Spice Yogurt}

Ingredients:
-Equal parts Greek
yogurt and pumpkin puree
-pumpkin pie spice
or cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger; to taste
-1/2 tsp. flax seed
(suggested amount per 4oz. of yogurt mixture)
-1/2 tsp. chia seeds
(suggested amount per 4oz. of yogurt mixture)
-honey or agave, to
taste (honey, ages 1 and up)

Instructions:

Mix ingredients and allow seeds to soak for 30 minutes or longer. You may serve immediately after making, if desired.
